TIPcon1 is a standards-compliant soft phone using text, voice and video with accessibility features. This project was registered on SourceForge.net on Jun 7, 2004. Source code for this project may be available as downloads at SourceForge. You just enter the number and try to connect. You can use voice or text communication, and if the internet connection is a good one you can use video call.
